3. Keyword Analysis Spreadsheet

Identify low-hanging fruit (keywords ranking in positions 11-15).

Research keywords that organic competitors rank for, but we do not.

Document search volume (SV) for services in the company’s target areas.
4. Technical SEO Review

Include screenshots of performance scores for both desktop and mobile.

Include core web vitals assessment screenshots.

Document any notable poor performance metrics.
5. Ahrefs Analysis

Note DR rating, how does it compare to organic competitors

Analyze backlink quality and which way the numbers have been moving

Document amount of KW in positions (1-3), (4-10), (11-20)

Look at top trafficked pages for the website (note if the pages are blog heavy or service heavy)

Research how many pages on the website receive 0 traffic at all (big indicator of quality of content or lack of seo tactics)
